As avid readers, books are a significant part of our lives. In fact, our owner is a full-time Indiana librarian, meaning we come to this work with a genuine commitment to access and community, not just a love of the genre.

We opened this shop because we believe speculative fiction is consistently underestimated. Often, it gets shelved in the corner or dismissed as escapism, but we'd argue the opposite. These are the genres that ask us to consider what if, and encourage us to imagine worlds that don't exist yet.

Right now, you'll find us doing pop-ups across Central Indiana, bringing (mostly second-hand) books directly to you. A mobile "storefront" is coming soon. Whatever form we take, the goal is always to get the right book into the right hands.

A lot of what you'll find in our catalog comes from our owner's personal collection, which he's been curating for years.
